Purpose and lawful basis
We use your order or booking details to handle your request and provide the service. Bookings require a name and phone number; email is optional for confirmations or changes. Processing is based on your request and the contractual relationship.
For phone and pickup orders we record your name, phone number and pickup time. Daily menu bookings include your dish choices and an optional email. This information is used to prepare and confirm your request; it does not subscribe you to advertising.
Security and retention
We record operations and changes to protect the service and resolve issues, based on our legitimate interest in security. Necessary information is retained for service, complaints and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Contact the controller for the specific retention periods.
Recipients and external services
Authorized staff and our hosting and email providers may process necessary data. Email is optional. Payment records contain amounts, methods and staff confirmation; we do not store card numbers or CVV. We do not sell your data or enroll bookings in advertising. Google Maps, WhatsApp and delivery apps open only when you choose their links and apply their own policies.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, object to processing and request portability by emailing the controller. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). We do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.
